BrightFocus Foundation FY21 Alzheimer’s Disease and Glaucoma Research Request for Proposals Due November 10

BrightFocus Foundation’s Alzheimer’s Disease Research and National Glaucoma Research is currently accepting applications for the Fiscal Year 2021. BrightFocus provides research funds for U.S. domestic as well as international researchers.
Alzheimer’s Disease Research:
BrightFocus is open to funding research topics related to understanding and/or intervening with biological mechanisms of Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias.
Postdoctoral Fellowship(maximum award value $200,000, 2 years)
Standard Award(maximum award value $300,000, up to 3 years)

National Glaucoma Research:
BrightFocus grants cover a wide range of investigator-initiated topics to better understand, treat, and prevent glaucoma, a leading cause of blindness. New this year is the postdoctoral fellowship to support early-career scientist.
Postdoctoral Fellowship (maximum award value $150,000, 2 years)
Standard Award(maximum award value $200,000, up to 2 years)
