This Grants Administration Community open mic focused on award agreements/grant terms & conditions, as well as other post-award processes! In particular, we discussed (1) indirect costs (amounts, definitions), (2) IP/revenue sharing provisions and other venture philanthropy considerations, (3) if your organization has an internal legal department and/or utilizes external legal counsel, and if this affects the provisions that are included, (4) any other provisions of concern/note to the group, (5) when you share the grant terms & conditions with your applicants (e.g. with the RFA, after awardees have been selected, etc.), and (6) the post-award process/timeline from when applicants are notified until when the first payment has been sent.
