Beyond the two HRA Members Meetings each year, members connect and learn through HRA Working Groups. Chaired by representatives from member organizations, Working Groups identify challenges and share solutions, or develop new ones if necessary. In addition to organizing webinars during the year, these groups plan topics for roundtable discussions that take place at Members Meetings, and create resources such as tool kits, templates, or guidelines. New Working Groups are formed when new challenges are identified and there is a critical mass of HRA members willing to tackle that challenge. There is no limit to the number of Working Groups to which an individual can participate. There is also no limit to the number of staff from any member organization involved in Working Groups.
