Meeting Info
The Fall 2024 Health Research Alliance Members Meeting will be held on Tuesday, October 1 – Wednesday, October 2 in Alexandria, VA, hosted at the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) offices. The meeting will also be streamed online. More details will be shared here as they are available!
HRA will NOT be reserving a room block. Attendees are encouraged to reserve hotel rooms early, particularly as the Members Meeting is about a month before the 2024 election, which is a busy time for hotel reservations in the DC area. Below are some hotels near the meeting venue:
- Residence Inn by Marriott Alexandria Old Town South at Carlyle (~2 min walk to ASCO; less than 0.1 mile)
- The Westin Alexandria Old Town (~5 min walk to ASCO; 0.2 miles)
- Embassy Suites by Hilton Alexandria Old Town (~10 min walk to ASCO; 0.5 miles)
- Residence Inn by Marriott Alexandria Old Town/Duke Street (~15 min walk to ASCO; 0.6 miles)
