Dear colleagues,
I received a request from one of our symposium attendees: “To conform with anti-corruption laws, our company is asking us to provide a certificate of free registration to your symposium. It needs to include an estimate of the registration fee if we would have had to pay for attending.”
Does anyone have such a certificate CureSHANK could use as a model?
