Hi all. I’m reaching out on behalf of FSR, as we are currently exploring volunteer management systems to strengthen how we engage, support, and recognize our volunteers.
We are looking for a platform that can:
- Manage the full volunteer lifecycle, including application, screening, onboarding, training, service tracking, evaluation, and recognition
- Support a variety of volunteer roles and responsibilities
- Efficiently manage a base of approximately 300 volunteers
- Compatible with Salesforce
- Allow us to identify volunteers by geographic area and location to better match them with opportunities and communicate more effectively.
Before we move forward, we are hoping to learn from the experiences of other nonprofit health organizations. If your organization currently uses a volunteer management system that you would recommend—or if you have insights on systems that did not meet your needs—we would be grateful if you could share your perspectives.
