The HRA Program Evaluation Community explored “Connecting Grants to Research Advances and Patient Outcomes” through multiple avenues during this session. Lucie Duluc, PhD, EMBA, Head of Impact Evaluation at British Heart Foundation and Nicole Litwin, PhD, RD, Senior Manager, Scientific Impact at Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation, shared their efforts in utilizing grantee reporting to disseminate outcome information. This included how to build platforms to make it easier for staff to access information about research funding and its impact, as well as developing impact timelines to connect grants to research and clinical advances.
